The Passenger
As a follow-up to my work on the Danse Macabre – when the dead mingle with the living – here is The Passenger (La Passagère). She installs herself on the back of my motorcycle during my rides through Paris. Passers-by and tourists welcome it enthusiastically, and the police laugh! I confess I take great pleasure in this performance, and the idea of repeating it in other countries is growing.
